Billy is a very easy going and generally cheerful guy. Very easy to work with. During my recent house I found a foreclosure I really liked. He helped me decide on an amount to bid and kept renewing my bid until it was accepted about six weeks later. After closing on the house, Billy helped me find contractors to renovate the house and negotiated fair prices. He even did some of the work himself in order to save me money. This entire process has been made so much easier with Billy's help. I would highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs. He is very knowledgeable about a wide variety of things.
